Spring 2012 Semi Annual MicroBrew Off

Hello All,
This email is to let everybody know that the date of the Spring 2012 Semi-Annual MicroBrew Off will be Thursday May 24th in the evening. This gives competitors just over 2 months to brew your beers! The format will be exactly the same as last time. However, i will need to know beforehand exactly the types of beers you will be brewing (this will help when it comes to judging so i don't need to know immediately). If you are interested in entering beers in this competition please let me (jpo7x@virginia.edu) know as soon as possible. As usual, beers brewed directly from a kit will NOT be allowed but beers brewed with kits that have been supplemented in some way will be permitted. Please limit entries to three per person/team. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
